Multiple attribute dynamic decision making method based on some complex aggregation functions in CQROF setting

The q-rung Orthopair fuzzy set (QROFS) is one of the structures which can introduce more information than other frames proposed by Ronald R. Yager. In this article, dynamic multiple attribute decision making (DMADM) approach with complex (CQROF) has been introduced. ideas CQROF variable and uncertain variables are defined introduced new weighted averaging (DWA) operators called average (DCQROFWA) operator (UDCQROFWA) operator. For moment, a procedure developed based on DCQROFWA CQROFWA to solve DMADM problems where all used in numbers (CQROFNs) collected at distinct periods, another UDCQROFWA CIVQROFWA for interval uncertainty takes form interval-valued (CIVQROFNs) periods. Finally, comprehensive comparative analysis made testing its applicability efficiency considering numerical example.
